Come by Land or Sea and enjoy the beautiful water front view at our newly renovated Sailfish Suites, located in the heart of the Manatee Pocket!! This beautiful 600 sqft 1/1 is full furnished with all the amenities of home and more. Each room has 2 smart TVs with cable and internet included. Also, this first floor corner unit was has been fully updated with hurricane/impact windows to help eliminate any exterior noise. Enjoy our amazing waterfront views and new pool!
The Space
Free amenities included in nightly rate! Paddle Boards BBQ grills Bikes (beach cruisers) Kayaks with floating dock to launch from property Beach chairs Fenced in Dog Park Parking boat at the dock is an additional $3/ft/day (May vary on Holidays and/or seasons) Onsite trailer parking is $1/ft/day We have a $85/pet fee, per pet. Guest who do not notify host of pet will be charged $175/per pet. This a smoke free building and no smoking is aloud within 25ft from the building! We have a very nice designated smoking section on the south side of the property, with a picnic bench on the water.
Guest Access
Guest will have full access to parking, suites, back yard, hammocks, picnic tables, washer and driers, bbq, beach chairs, bikes, paddle boards and kayaks!

Getting Around
Traffic is normally very light and easy. -20 min walk to down town Port Salerno -über is also available -plenty of parking on site as well -docking is also available for our guests looking to bring a boat, kayak or paddle boards
