Suite #3, is fully furnished 1/1 that is designed for vacationers ease and comfort. The bedroom is furnished with a King bed, 42' TV flat screen and plenty of closet space for his and her. The living room, dinning room and kitchen have an open concept layout and perfect for everything from a weekend getaway to an extended stay guest! Enjoy our amazing pool and waterfront views!
The Space
Free amenities included in nightly rate! Paddle boards BBQ grills Bikes (beach cruisers) Kayaks with floating dock to launch from property Beach chairs Fenced in Dog Park (April 2020) Dockage is an additional $3/ft/day (may vary with Holidays, events, seasons) Onsite trailer parking is $1/ft/day We have a $85/pet fee, per pet. Guest who do not notify host of pet will be charged $175/per pet. No smoking within 25ft of the building! We have a very nice designated smoking area on the south side of the property with waterfront view and picnic table.
Guest Access
Guest will have full access to parking, suites, back yard, hammocks, picnic tables, washer and driers, bbq, bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards and kayaks!

Stuart is known for its small town charm and sailfish suites is no exception. Located in the heart of the manatee pocket, Sailfish suites in just minutes away from local shops, art galleries, restaurants, bars and more.

We have over 50 furnished properties in the Stuart, Fl area ranging from water front beach house to studio apartments down town. ADDITONAL FEES Parking boat at the dock is an additional $3/ft/day (May vary on Hollidays and/or seasons) Onsite trailer parking is $1/ft/day We have a $75/pet fee, per pet. Guest who do not notify host of pet will be charged $175/per pet. No smoking within 50ft of the building!
Getting Around
-20 min walk to down town Port Salerno -über is also available -plenty of parking on site as well -docking is also available for our guests looking to bring a boat, kayak or paddle boards
