Terms & Conditions
By making a reservation through this website, the guest agrees to these Terms & Conditions and any property-specific
rules or requirements disclosed during the reservation process.
Reservations and payment
A reservation is not confirmed until the required payment has been successfully processed and the guest has received
confirmation. Rates, taxes, cleaning fees, and other applicable charges will be disclosed during checkout.
Guest responsibility
The person making the reservation is responsible for the reservation and for the conduct of all occupants and visitors
associated with the stay. Guests must comply with occupancy limits, parking restrictions, noise requirements, community
or HOA rules where applicable, and all property-specific house rules.
Property use
Properties may only be used for lawful residential vacation purposes. Parties, events, commercial activities, or other
unauthorized uses are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by LAMP Real Estate LLC.
Damage
Guests are responsible for damage to the property, furnishings, equipment, or other contents caused by the guest or
members of their party beyond normal wear and tear. Additional charges may be assessed when permitted by the
reservation agreement and applicable law.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out times will be provided with the reservation. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional
charges.
Smoking and pets
Smoking and pet policies may vary by property. Guests are responsible for reviewing and complying with the rules
shown for the property they reserve.
Cancellations
All direct reservations are subject to the LAMP Real Estate LLC Cancellation & Refund Policy. Direct bookings canceled
30 days or more before check-in receive a 100% refund; cancellations 14-29 days before check-in receive a 50% refund;
and cancellations less than 14 days before check-in are 100% non-refundable.
Property availability
If a reserved property becomes unavailable and LAMP Real Estate LLC cannot provide a suitable alternative, LAMP
Real Estate LLC may cancel the reservation and refund amounts paid for the affected reservation.
Third-party bookings
Reservations made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, or other booking channels may also be subject to
that platform’s terms, policies, fees, and cancellation rules.
Acceptance
By completing a direct reservation, the guest acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to these Terms &
Conditions, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, applicable property rules, and other terms presented
during checkout.
