The following cancellation policy applies to all vacation rental properties booked directly through the LAMP Real
Estate LLC website.

Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined based on the date the cancellation request is received relative to the property’s scheduled
check-in date.
No-shows, late arrivals, and early departures
No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
Third-party reservations
Reservations made through third-party booking platforms, including Airbnb, Vrbo, or other booking channels, are subject
to the cancellation and refund policy displayed for that reservation on the applicable platform at the time of booking.
Cancellation by LAMP Real Estate LLC
If LAMP Real Estate LLC must cancel a direct reservation because the property becomes unavailable and a suitable
alternative cannot be provided, the guest will receive a 100% refund of amounts paid for the canceled reservation.
Refund processing
Any refund due will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the guest’s
financial institution or payment provider.
